Any idea where it will be available from? There has been comments on BMS fb page but no conclusion

Hi Chris,

fb – I sometimes wish I didn’t but it has proved very useful for our Group. If OK to give Mark Evans your email maybe he can send you info on what he is finding?

Thanks Chris. It seems to be very variable – photos from Larch looked very different but were checked microscopically.

Have you managed to open link to Ginkgo leaf fungus GFG fb? Mark Evans is doing further work on this and Brian Douglas may get involved. Specimens from different locations seem to have similar black pustules.

Hi Chris, Thanks your comment. I have collected fresh leaf specimens from the same location and one of our Group will attempt some microscope work. Do you have any thoughts on other fungi that maybe present on G.biloba leaves? E&E does not cover this ‘host’ and there doesn’t seem to be much on the internet. I have a copy of the Czech Mycology 68(!) pp79-84 paper on B.paradoxa.

Fantastic colours This species seems to come up as ‘extinct’ in UK but maybe just ‘under recorded’?
