      Recently went for on holiday to the Forest of Dean and came across this jelly fungus. Cant really provide much information, other than it was growing on a log, in a predominantly coniferous patch of woodland. Closest match I can find is Pseudohydnum gelatinosum? Hope someone can help.

        Yes, even though you didn’t show the classic spines on the fertile surface, this can only be Pseudohydnum gelatinosum.
