Help with ID

Hi. Found these growing in leaf litter – beech and pine nearby. Quite dry caps so no luck with spore print. My first idea was Fairy Ring Champignon? Any help to ID appreciated.

Looking at the general macro characteristics, I think that Gymnopus peronatus could be a contender?

Mike is spot on – though the name is now Marasmiellus peronatus different name-same fungus. This is one of the fungi with a long-established vernacular name: “Wood Woolly-foot” note the woolly feet and the characteristic way in which the basal mycelium has taken some of the leaf litter with it. Excellent. Thanks both of you! The ‘Wood Wooly Foot’ is spot on as it was the wooly foot and attached leaf litter that really caught my eye. I’m pleased with myself that I saw a link with Marasmius.
