From Fungi of Northern Europe volume 2: ‘Lactarius decipiens is easily recognized by the pinkish colours, the yellowing milk and the smell of Pelargonium.’ As you said there was no distinctive smell, this doesn’t seem a likely option. The overall colours of cap stem and gills look wrong too because they should have pinkish tones.
The most likely candidate with hot tasting milk and growing with hazel would be Lactarius pyrogalus, but I don’t think the milk would stain yellow on a hanky. The milk turns greenish-grey on drying.
