      I am still very much a beginner on Rusts but think this maybe Puccinia tanaceti on Artemisia vulgaris. 1st photo USBx10 2nd USBx60 Any help appreciated!

        Hi

        rusts just don’t look like this; it is almost certainly a Ramularia or a related genus; or possibly a downy mildew. That is never Artemisia vulgaris, whose leaves are densely hairy underneath, Do you have any photographs of entire leaves, or, preferably, the whole plant?

          OK my Botany skills are not good! Thinking again this is Figwort Scrophularla possibly. Thanks your comments.
