      Continuing to go out of my comfot zone!

      Looking through my FTE, I’m getting to the meruloid section (as pores are lacking)

      Very small inamyloid spores 4.6 – 5 x 1.9 – 2.6μm.

      Clavate cystidia. Perhaps Phlebia rufa? The colour is more pink after a couple of days

      Not sure of wood type but growing in plantation of Fagus and Quercus with a scattering of other trees like Fraxinus.

      Close to the Cleddau estuary.

          Welcome to UK Fungi :D

          It looks like one of the Ganoderma species. G. australe or G. applanatum.

          In future, please start a new topic for a fungus ID.
