This rather odd looking thing from Blakeney Point, no more than 15mm across. Growing on a wooden interpretation panel. I am thinking Cetraria sp, but seems very small, tight and compact – what do others think? I have identified C. aculeata elsewhere in the area, and probably muricata too. Goes greener in the wet (2nd pic).

Goodness knows!! A stunted something; does not look angular enough for Cetraria aculeata or Cetraria muricata or leafy enough for anything else. Stumped.
