Thank you to Adam

Post by Paul Cannon » Tue Jan 21, 2020 11:18 am

I hope I won't get banned from the site for using it for an unauthorized purpose, but I've been reviewing use of the lichen forum since the BLS colonized it a year ago.
If I've counted correctly, there have been 88 topics, 246 replies and an impressive 76040 views. It's been a great new resource for us and I hope that we will be able to use it for years to come.
Considerable kudos to Adam for putting it together and making it all work.
Best wishes
Paul

Hardly a banning issue and I echo what you have said, especially for the work Adam has put in.

I strongly endorse Paul's words. The site has been a breath of fresh air, easy to use and just what lichenologists were searching for. My thanks to all involved :)

Thanks guys! Glad it's been useful for you.
I have the FSC (natural history museum) lichen leaflets for common species. I must start looking, especially as this is a quiet time for larger fungi.

Yes, I'll echo the thanks - and post some of your queries up Adam as peering at lichens is a good way to get through this time of year when there's not much else around!
