I think for next season, I should be a little more thorough in drying some of my finds to give me time to work on them before the inevitable moulds set in. My current Heath Robinson approach (an old plant propagator containing an egg tray) tends to give uneven results, I think because there is little air circulation around the bottom of the fruit body.
Is there anything particular I should be looking for in a food dehydrator that makes them particularly useful for fungus drying or are they pretty much-of-a-muchness?
