Possible Pholiota carbonaria for i.d. please.

Please try to include photos to show all parts of the fungus, eg top, stem, and gills.
Note any smells, and associated trees or plants (eg oak, birch). A spore print can be very useful.

Hello, A friend found this fungus yesterday and I wondered if it could be Pholiota carbonaria. The only problem I have is the spore size doesn't match up and it was not on burnt ground, just grass. Details below. Thank's in advance.

1. Cap : Orangey, 35mm across, slightly darker umbo, smooth.
2. Gills: Light brownish, spaced, adnate.
3. Stipe : 60mm x 4mm, cream, slightly bulbous at base.
4. Smell : Mushroomy.
5. Spore print : Chocolate.
6. Spores : Potato shaped, 11.75 x 6.9
