Rust on Ransoms

I see there are a few contenders here. What do you think it is? I need a new scope!

Hi Adam
not the greatest of shots but one can clearly see the white margins of "aecidioid" aecia. This means it has to be Puccinia sessilis (alternating with the grass Phalaris arundinacea).
