Another unidentified polypore

Another one I can't anywhere with! Initially I thought this might be Jelly Rot Fungus (Phlebia tremellosa), but the underside looks smooth (sorry for the poor images - it was getting dark at the time and the camera was struggling) and after looking in more detail I can see this looks quite different anyway. They were growing on decaying logs of plane trees in Surrey.

Does anyone have any pointers? Many thanks.

Hello,

as you say, the underside is smooth. Therefore it isn't a polypore of course, but a corticioid fungus. This is Stereum hirsutum.
