FRDBI 'down'

Post by Chris Yeates » Thu Dec 29, 2016 5:13 pm

Just checking it's not just me - FRDBI and the online Checklist of the British & Irish Basidiomycota appear to be unreachable - ot unsearchable would be a better way to put it as the 'front pages' are still there.

This is possibly due to the work on the new version of FRDBI which some of us have been told about - a New Year launch perhaps? Maybe that's too much to hope for ;)

Indeed. I get the below when trying to search.
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80004005'

Cannot open database requested in login 'BritishFungi'. Login fails.

/GBCHKLST/gbchklst.asp, line 526
Hopefully it is the new version of the database. Fingers crossed.
