I'm not a lichenologist, but it looks more like a Caloplaca sp. . . . .Coastal?
cheers

It could be Caloplaca thallincola particularly in a sheltered coastal location on hard siliceous rocks. C. flavescens is very similar and the two can be found in the same location.
