Fly Orchid & v. ochroleuca

Sue and I have just spent a couple of days in Hampshire where we saw the rare ochroleuca variant of Fly Orchid which grows at Noar Hill. Here’s the ‘normal’ plant

and here’s the ochroleuca, which lacks anthocyanin, though this year the plant is showing more of a magenta fringe to the lip than usual
